TheOutfitterStore.com will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.

Refunds and Return Details
Approved refunds will be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund or replacement.

1. Contact TheOutfitterStore.com customer support department for a RMA #.
2. Send a copy of your proof of purchase. Which is the invoice included with you shipment.
3. Let us know the nature of the product problem.
4. Depending on warranty status we will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5. You will then need to ship the product back to us. If claiming manufacturer warranty after 21 days of invoice you will need to pay the processing fee stated in the included product warranty card.
6. Once the product is received and verified we will promptly issue you the refund of the single item price if within 21 Days of invoice from TheOutfitterStore.com or after 21 days exchange / repair depending on the nature of your request.
All returned packages will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box.
